The bill (Reg. No.8469) sets organizational-legal fundamentals of combating trafficking in humans, fundamentals of the state policy in the sphere of combating trafficking in humans, authorities of executive power bodies, order of granting the status of victims of trafficking in humans, and order of assistance to such individuals. The Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, the Laws "On Immigration", "On Social Services" and "On Social Work with Families, Children and Youth" and amended.
According to the Committee members, the bill has no appropriate subjects of legal regulation and contains a great number of ambiguous and legally unjustified provisions.
